Neha teaches a different style of Kathak; it includes the mixture of two of the Kathak gharanas (Lucknow and Jaipur). In her class, she tries to focus on the basics like footwork, Hastak, different types of Chakkars and Tode, Tukade and also she believes in contemporary as well as traditional music so the students get knowledge about both the perspectives and to perform on any music with the purity of the Kathak dance form. Thus syllabus is then followed by the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, upon completion of which, students will be certified in the kathak style with a diploma.
