As the weeks flew by, and our adventure in Turkey continued, eventually the time came to say good-bye to Marlene & Lukas. While they would be heading further east into Turkey, and onwards to Iran, our journey would take us to Istanbul and then on to a whole new continent: America! So as one adventure ends, another begins. With mixed emotions we said farewell to Europe and the places and cultures we know and love. Thank you Turkey for showing us a great time.
