Peer Support: Documentation

The Pennsylvania Peer Support Coalition (PaPSC) created a series of videos in response to questions we regularly hear concerning peer services. These videos are intended to educate the public as well as individuals considering a career in professional peer services. This video focusses on the topic of documentation including discussions of the strength based assessment, individual service (recovery) plan, and progress notes. Our panel also addresses the importance of documentation. Each video starts with the same introduction by the PaPSC Executive Director, David Measel.
