Mako Doesn't Deserve the Hate

A character that consistently gets overlooked by fans and passed over in discussion, even though I feel there's quite a bit of content in the series to support his characterization. In fact, in making this video, I became more endeared to him than I was before! He truly does have a fantastic journey. While the love triangle definitely hurts people's opinion of him, I feel they do an amazing job finding a new role for him in the time besides romance. And besides that, his connection with Bolin and personality are greatly indicative of the harsh childhood he endured. Plus, he's one of the strongest members of the team in terms of bending, and repeatedly saves the group with his immense power. Seriously- we need to stop overlooking him. Thanks for being here!
