There are valid concerns among fans that Haachama is being silenced, which is not wrong, but the company is just handling it in the normal, expected way for branding and PR purposes. What she is allowed to say or do as a VTuber is something only COVER and Haachama can sort out. This is how contracts work. Nevertheless, Haachama was fed up with all the rules and restrictions of not being able to act freely, on top of being isolated.
