RT billing - The second in the new ten-part archive series that each week follows five individuals closely linked to events in cultural history through the peaks and troughs of their careers. Breakfast TV and Beyond. 1983 saw the birth of a new phenomenon with Breakfast Time starting on the BBC in January and ITV following suit just weeks later with TV-am. The programme traces the changing fortunes - including moments of scandal for some - of the faces associated with early-morning television, including Frank Bough, Anne Diamond, Selina Scott, Jeremy Beadle and Ulrika Jonsson.
