The house was designed for two families, parents and daughter, with integrated social areas. The house is located in La Calera, Cundinamarca, a cold region at an altitude of over 2700 meters above sea level. This necessitates significant bioclimatic design considerations. Through the use of materials that increase thermal inertia, double-glazed windows, and a fireplace as a central heating system, comfortable temperatures are achieved for most days of the year. This house is the first one designed by the studio in 2017.
