The Ultimate NorCal Adventure | The 300+ mi Mendocino Grand Circuit

Join the OTG crew as they head to the original home of the backcountry discovery trail (est. 1996), Northern California's Mendocino National Forest. But for this adventure, they won't be talking on the BDT, but rather the 300+ mile Mendocino Grand Circuit. Along the way, they'll visit old fire lookouts, some of the forest's highest peaks, visit the grave of pioneer James Hull who was mauled by a grizzly bear, and soak in the clear waters of the Eel and Black Butte Rivers. Mendocino Grand Circuit The Mendocino Grand Circuit is the Mendocino National Forest's long distance overland route, exploring the far northern, southern, eastern and western corners of the forest. If you've got 4 or 5 days of free time on your hand, the Mendo Grand Circuit is without a doubt the best way to explore the beauty of the Mendocino National Forest. https://www.overlandtrailguides.com/p...
