Snatching a Car

The plaintiff says he parked his car in a guest parking spot at his condominium complex and the defendant towed it. They’re supposed to place a sticker on the car warning him of an impending tow, but they didn’t. They still have his car, so he is suing. The defendants, representing the tow company and the condominium complex, say the car was tagged twice, alerting the plaintiff that they were going to tow the illegally parked car, but the plaintiff ignored their warnings.
