After completing my HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in Social Sciences, I chose to follow my own path and set up my own business, which grew into a successful influencer company. When I had three children in a short time, I finally experienced burnout. I was walking on eggshells, trying too hard to meet other people's expectations, striving for picture perfection, and losing myself. The path of personal development, taking an NLP Coaching course and getting started with meditation, journaling, self-love, intensive coaching, and inner work, brought me closer to myself than I could have imagined. This gave me the courage to truly follow my heart. I want to inspire you to do the same. I'm sharing my journey of personal growth, showing you how, through trial and error, I learned to choose myself, find inner peace, and maintain my boundaries. This has allowed me to be the relaxed mother my four daughters deserve.
