Why We Would Choose Wildfire for Our Outdoor Kitchen (Grill and Griddle Review)

I don't push products I wouldn't buy myself. And after getting behind the Wildfire Ranch Pro 40-inch griddle at a show, I'm genuinely upset I didn't go this route when I built my own outdoor kitchen. I put a 32-inch griddle in my backyard and I've been cooking on it ever since. Then I got behind a 40-inch Wildfire and realized pretty quickly I made the wrong call. The extra surface area sounds like overkill until you're actually cooking on it. Bacon grease on one side, pancakes in the middle, eggs in the corner. The space goes fast. Bigger is better on a griddle, and this one made that very clear. The look is what sets Wildfire apart from most of the competition. Black stainless steel, soft edges, and the ability to swap out knobs and handles in brushed bronze, stainless steel, or chrome black. It's a premium product that looks like one. They also cleaned up the knob labeling this time around, no more color-coded temperature guides, just clean numbers. It's a small thing that makes a big difference in how the whole setup reads. On the grill side, the laser-cut cooking grates are worth paying attention to. When you're done cooking, flip them over and the heat does the cleaning for you. The cast stainless steel burners carry a lifetime warranty, and the double-walled hood is noticeably heavier and easier to lift than most grills in this category.
