The former Minister of Justice, shortly before the end of his term, rejected and returned the shortlists of candidates for notary and property registrar positions sent by the Courts of Appeals due to alleged conflicts of interest in their appointments. We followed up on some of the questioned candidates, including relatives of court justices and property registrars.
