Written by Deniz Karaoğlu and Doğu Yaşar Akal and directed by Seren Yüce, Kasaba (The Town) revolves around a moral test shaped by material motivation. Outwardly seemingly ordinary lives veer off onto paths that lead to their own pasts, paths that offer no pleasant sights, all driven by the pursuit of wealth. Offering a satisfying character drama within the triangle of self-reflection, transformation, and the price paid, this crime thriller series premiered on Netflix on December 11th.
