The Tram Hidden in the Woods, The Shipley Glen Tramway

Shipley Glen Tramway opened in 1895, it still operates to this day. Originally built to carry passengers up Baildon Moor from Saltaire village up to Shipley Glen. It is one of the oldest operating Funicular Tramways in the world. In this video, we go behind the scenes and into the engine rooms to see how it works.
