So today I thought I would attempt to make Rachel's famous beef trifle from the TV show Friends! And when I first saw this episode of Friends back in the day, I didn't think a beef trifle sounded that bad, I definitely took Joey's stance on all the ingredients being 'good', and he was right! Yes beef technically doesn't belong in a trifle, especially a sweet fruity trifle, but for some reason I thought it all went together! I feel like Rachel was ahead of the game, and possibly we should all start making our trifles with beef?
