CHRISTMAS SAUSAGES

Filled with Christmas spirit, Lakis invites you in to our kitchen to show you how simple, and how much fun it is to make your own sausages! It's a two-person job, so ideal for some fun with a mate, or get the children involved. These Christmas-flavoured sausages are perfect for a festive party and, if it's too cold to fire up the BBQ where you are, they roast brilliantly in the oven or under the grill. A household sausage making machine isn't expensive at all and gives you hours of fun...not to mention senstional, artisan sausages to impress your family & friends with. In this video we promised you a couple more of our (many!) favourite recipes...so here they are: CAJUN SAUSAGES 1 kilo pork shoulder mince 1 large onion, minced 4 cloves garlic, minced 75g fresh breadcrumbs 5g mixed cayenne & hot paprika 6g black pepper pinch of ground allspice 15g salt 1 heaped tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped 100ml cold water CUMBERLAND SAUSAGE 500g pork shoulder mince 500g pork belly mince 100g fresh breadcrumbs 15g salt 10g black pepper 5g ground nutmeg a little ground mace a few dry sage leaves, crumbled 100ml. cold water
