La Huasteca - Su Historia Prehispánica.

A brief overview of the history of a vast cultural region known as the Huasteca. The video discusses the first settlers and the migration of Mayan groups who differentiated until they transformed their language into Teenek. Much of this review focuses on the extensive interactions the region had with other human groups and cultural regions. It touches on areas such as Tamtoc, Tamohi, Castillo de Teayo, and Tancama, areas that will be explored in detail in a future video. It also provides a brief description of how the region's inhabitants viewed themselves.
