Khayal: Genies From The Shadowfell?
Today we are talking about khayal (kay-uhl), the D&D genies born in The Shadowfell (and Shadow Genassi!). These rare genies are an additional type of elemental spirit for D&D 5E in addition to the Djinni, Efreeti, Dao, and Marid. They were originally published in the Tome of Magic for D&D 3.5, however, I have converted them into Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition! I love these guys. They have tons of cool flavor and powerful shadow magic based abilities.
