Are you going to turn your saved money into real estate and are you wondering which part of Prague will be the most advantageous to buy an apartment in order to get the best value for your investment? In this video, we will tell you which location will be the best for you! What should you consider when choosing a location to buy an investment apartment? When you want to rent You will probably rent out the investment property. So it is a good idea to focus on the type of people in a given part of Prague who are most often looking for housing - what are their average salaries, whether they have a higher risk of being entered in the execution register... Of course, it is impossible to generalize, but for example, the difference between Karlín and Černý Most in income - and thus in the certainty that the tenant will have enough money for rent - is quite large. Moreover, in more expensive locations, it can be assumed that rents will continue to increase. Future sale If you are going to sell an investment apartment in the future, it is a good idea to look at the location from a long-term perspective and try to find out which one has the best potential for further development. A great example is Holešovice, where 15 years ago practically no one wanted to live (or invest in apartments) and today it is a district with a great atmosphere, multinational companies, luxury construction and further potential for the future.
