In 2010 one man sparked what was to become one of the biggest manhunts in modern British history. Just two days after being released from prison, Raoul Moat killed one person and wounded two others in a shooting spree. For the next week, Moat evaded police capture, while at the same time issuing threats that he was willing to hunt officers down in cold blood. When he was eventually cornered by police, Moat took his own life. Now, over a decade later, the story of this infamous case is being retold in new ITV crime drama ‘The Hunt For Raoul Moat’.
