We have long background in motor design and now we also have our own controller in house design based on open source software from vesc done by Benjamin Vedder. We have done our own gate driver, to better integrate in to the controller, together with the back EMF and temperature readings. The motors are designed using computational electromagnetic (CEM) and finite element analysis (FEM). We are using solid state capacitors, that have high relativity and, custom capacitor bank.
