What are your thoughts on up-charge restaurants on Royal Caribbean? We're on the Ovation of the Seas and will try 3 of them (Jaime Oliver's Italian, Chops Grille, Taste of Royal) and see if they're worth it. NOTE: We apologize for the light flickering in 2 of the restaurants. Caused by an issue with the refresh rates in the artificial lights at 50hz/60hz. There is an adjustment, but wasn't aware of it until after recording this video.
