I Came Home From Prison, But Part of Me Never Left

It's been almost three years since I sat down and made a video like this. A lot has changed. I've been dealing with PTSD, working on my mental health, taking a hard look at myself, and trying to understand how my past still affects my life today. After spending years in prison, I came home physically, but mentally I realized part of me never left. The way I think, the way I react, the way I connect with my family, and even the way I show love has been shaped by experiences most people never see. In this video, I'm opening up about the struggles that followed me home, what I've learned about trauma, and why healing has been one of the hardest battles of my life.
