However, the Berlin Philharmonic chose Karajan to succeed Furtwängler. Celibidache then began conducting guest orchestras, including those that were by no means first-rate. He eventually established a performance style completely different from his time with the Berlin Philharmonic... Part 1 of the Celibidache Series [Commentary: Naoki Tokuoka] Naoki Tokuoka is a Japanese conductor, composer, and writer who has lived in Taiwan for 20 years. He also provides music commentary on Nico Nico Live. He studied under Neeme Järvi and Paavo Järvi. An honorary citizen of Tainan City, he currently conducts five orchestras. This channel features "music performances, introductions to my compositions, my wife's violin performances, and music commentary/discussions," showcasing all aspects of my work in an ATM ((A) cheerful, (T) fun, (M) maniacal) way.
