GYM VLOG | life in my 20s | rebuilding after injuries, living alone & Locking in.

Hi my Roysaheb fam! Hope all of y'all are doing sexy. 🤍 Here's my gym vlog!! If you've been following me on Instagram, y'all know I've been super consistent with physio and rehab because of my shoulder injury. And now I'm finally allowed to start strengthening again!! Anyways this isn't your typical push day or pull day vlog. It's just me rebuilding my strength little by little not chasing PRs or max reps, just showing up. Not gonna lie, after being benched for months, I lost almost all of my calisthenics skills. It's been tough on my confidence, and whole lotta of that MESSY MIDDLE feeling, cant really do anything bout it can we? but move anyway :) So if you've been putting something off because you're waiting for the "perfect" time... this is your sign to do it messy, do it anyway!!!! This vlog is mostly upper back and shoulder strengthening. I couldn't record a couple of the exercises, but you'll get the gist. Also... a whole lot of dancing around, laughing between sets, and just me being me. Hope y'all enjoy this one. I genuinely had so much fun filming and editing it. 🫶
