NOTE: This process and this app for iPhone only work with Wear OS watches running software from before Wear OS 3. If you have a newer watch running either Wear OS 3 or Wear OS 4, it won't work. That includes the Galaxy Watch and Pixel Watch models from 2023/2022, and any watches launched after that.
