*BRAND NEW* Enviro 200MMC down Winnats Pass

Here we see our Brand New Enviro 200MMC, negotiating the rather intimidating Road of Winnats Pass. I was sceptical about this MMC at first, I have driven 4 cylinder ones with voith gearboxes before and I've hated them for being very sluggish and jerky. We'll see how our one stands rhe test of time however I am very impressed with it. Not as jerky as other ones I've driven and the top end power if the best I've know for a 4 pot engine! The suspension and handling of MMCs I find is superior to standard Enviro 200s and the cab layout and having proper switches is also a vast improvement. My main criticism is the start-stop, which normally I find useful as it makes it easier to talk to passemger when they are boarding. However this one is fitted with a very loud alarm to tell you the start stop has activated, which is very distracting especially when pulling out if junctions. Aside from that, a very nice bus!
