GARGANO RITORNO Ep. 04 – Natura e psiche tra Mattinatella e Vieste

Few people know the true beneficial role of nature, even a simple swim in the sea, for the psyche. The #Gargano offers many opportunities for green or blue immersion, from the forest to the coast. In the new episode, I address these topics with the psychologist Graziana Colletta in an unprecedented session: in the crystal-clear waters of Mattinatella. Thanks to her professionalism and friendliness, I learned the scientific reasons behind the benefits of the natural environment for our psyche. In the video, the setting is the Gargano coast between Mattinata and Vieste, and the episode ends in this latter village. But the links between nature and the human mind will continue in the next video where the forest will be the protagonist. The session will thus move into the midst of centuries-old beeches.
