A must-see for Ontario roadgeeks! Construction of the first section of Highway 407 between Highways 410 and 404 in September, 1995. I filmed this in 1 day, riding from interchange-to-interchange on my bike, except for the first segment at the 410, which I shot about a week later on a Sunday so I could venture deeper into the deserted construction zone.
