2026.7.8 美味しくて栄養価の高い山菜のミズを採らないのはもったいない ミズづくしです!
Since it's July, I went to check on the summer mushrooms, but it was a little too early. So I went to pick some Mizu, a wild vegetable that can be harvested later in the season. It would be a shame not to pick Mizu, which is delicious and highly nutritious. Next time, I'd like to enjoy picking summer mushrooms!
