There are some major mistakes I see men make on this - don’t just measure total estrogen, and don’t necessarily suppress somewhat elevated estrogen! I’ve seen many cases of elevated estrogen where men felt great and had great sex, and they got worse when they lowered their estrogen. On the other hand, high estrogen can have negative side effects like gynecomastia and high blood pressure from water retention, so it’s important to manage estrogen enough to keep symptoms like those under control.
