Water Only Hair Washing: Updates and Chit Chat Hey guys, I just wanted to give you an update on how my hair has been doing on this water only method of hair washing/sebum only conditioning. While I have been struggling with wanting to use conditioner, I want to stay the course for right now and give this new method a fair shake and give my hair ample opportunity to adjust and give myself the time to discover what may work for my hair while doing this method. Having said that I must say I am enjoying this new method(for me) of natural hair care. While I don't mind using products, even commercial products, I am still so amazed at how my sebum makes my hair look and feel; the softness and the sheen with no products!! She is doing a series on food-based products that add moisture/conditioning to our hair without removing our sebum.
