Guard Pull to Armbar, Choi Bar, and Backside 50/50 Chain
This video covers a clean submission chain starting from the guard pull and flowing into the armbar, the Choi bar, and backside 50/50. The sequence starts by pulling guard straight into the armbar. If the opponent pulls out, the next attack is the Choi bar. If they escape that too, the chain continues by grabbing the leg and entering backside 50/50. If you want a simple but effective attack sequence that stays connected instead of resetting after each defense, this is a strong one to study. #bjj #jiujitsu #grappling
