Episode 172: Here is the first town in the Alto Palancia region, Viver, a town known in the region for its production of almonds, walnuts, and olive oil. We spent a couple of weeks here pruning almond trees, and I can't tell you how beautiful it was to wake up surrounded by almond trees in pink blossoms😍. The town still bears the signs of its Roman past, where the Romans dedicated themselves to wine production and freshwater fish farming, known as Vivariums, hence the name Viver. Spring is already in the air among the alleys, and the parks are starting to come to life. It's a day like no other, it SURPRISES US ❤️.
