Cartoon Network commercials from January 18th, 2003

This was a surprising find for a few reasons. Turns out that for a bit, CN had a temporary action block on Saturday nights as a placeholder for Saturday Video Entertainment System, which would launch two months later. The 10 pm hour used unique bumpers styled after the Toonami bumpers, but with the Absolution completely absent (so it's more in line with the Moltar bumpers where they had the custom logo animation at the end). And this recording has that hour! The quality's a little staticky, but the audio's alright for the most part. Even then I'm glad we just have proof that this block aired and how its bumpers were handled.
