If you have a pear-shaped body (and are therefore gynoid), as we saw in the last video, you need to follow some precautions to prevent inflammation and the accumulation of water retention and cellulite. So, in this video, we'll show you a full-body circuit that will tone you without inflaming or weighing down your legs. We'll alternate exercises for the lower and upper body, and conclude the sequence with a leg stretch and cool-down. Perform the exercise sequence (before stretching) at least 3 times. All-fours, heel lift: 10 reps per leg + 10 bounces Push-ups: 10 reps per leg Glute bridge: 10 reps per leg combo. + 10 bouncing exercises Plank: 10 reps Side raises: 10 reps per leg Sit-ups & twists: 6 reps Then finish the circuit with: Vigorous ankle shrugs: 60" Overhead leg stretch: 60" per leg This is just an example of a circuit I prepare for those who, like you, have a gynoid build and want to lose weight or tone up.
