Ivan, using a synthesized voice, will talk about the importance of communication in human society and how this useful habit allows people with disabilities to live full lives. He is a programmer from St. Petersburg, creator of programs for people with speech difficulties "LINKa: write," "LINKa: show," and "LINKa: click," a silver medalist in the Russian boccia championship, a rights advocate, and a public speaker.
