Bonaire. North of Venezuela, east of Curaçao. Where on Bonaire is the camera located and at what depth? The camera is located at the entrance of Harbour Village Marina at a depth of 5m / 16ft. Does the camera move? Yes, the camera generally moves on a preset tour with 6 chosen preset views. The camera is also manually operated when able to do so. Is the camera maintained? The camera is maintained when it is possible to do so. Typically once a week by the dive master with Great Adventures Bonaire, who is also a volunteer with Reef Renewal Bonaire. What are the two domes for? In 2015, Teens4Oceans, Gulliver School, and a local group called the Junior Rangers partnered with the Harbour Village Reef Foundation to set up an innovative reef restoration experiment. Through a relationship with the local permitting agency (STINAPA), the goal is to compare the growth of coral fragments on metal substrates, both with and without the application of low-voltage DC.
