Sennheiser MKE 200 Compact Mic Tested on GoPro HERO9, Sony a7S III, and iPhone

In this Sennheiser MKE 200 review I test the compact directional microphone on the new GoPro HERO9 Black, Sony a7S III, and iPhone XS. ↓↓↓ As for the Rode VideoMicro Vs. Sennheiser MKE 200 test included in the video, to me it sounded like they were almost evenly matched having the fuzzy windscreen on with possibly a slight advantage to the VideoMicro. Without the added wind muff, it’s pretty clear that the MKE 200 won out with its built-in plastic wind shield. And I think that’s where its strength shines with the fact that you can run it bare in many cases and not have to worry about it, unlike the VideoMicro where the deadcat greatly adds to the size and is needed for that higher quality.
