While fishing in Marathon Florida in the Florida Keys we caught a nice size Jack Crevalle. We decided to try some sesame pan seared Jack Crevalle and the results were quite surprising! We've had it baked and deep fried and it is usually pretty good. This by far was the best and honestly was comparable to eating seared tuna! #floridakeys #fishinglife #fishing
