This groove is inspired by the sort of ideas that Jaco Pastorius used in the bass lines of the following two tunes: 1. The Chicken 2. Come On, Come Over This Soul Funk groove is based on a 16th note chromatic idea moving from chord 1 to chord 5 and back to chord 1 and is really useful to utilise in your bass lines.
