❌ Student Transfers Between Schools ⬇️⬇️ Transfers will begin on July 1, 2026. ⚡Transfers are permitted between official language schools. ⚡Transfers are permitted from official language schools to distinguished official language schools (subject to the rules and regulations regarding taking exams in the subjects stipulated in Resolution 285), and vice versa, without exams in this case. ⚡Transfers are permitted from private (language) schools to both types of official language schools, and vice versa. Transfers are also permitted from Al-Azhar Institutes (language) to both types of official language schools, subject to the provisions of Al-Azhar's transfer regulations. ⚡Transfers are permitted from both types of official language schools to a private (language or Arabic) school or an official Arabic school. Transfers are not permitted in the first level of kindergarten (KG1). ✅Transfers are not permitted from an official (Arabic) school to either type of official language school. In all cases where transfers are permitted, a vacancy is required, in accordance with the rules and regulations stipulated in Circular No. 285 of 2014 and Circular No. 40 of 2016. Very Important Information 👇👇 ✅ Transfers between two schools within the same educational district are processed between the two schools. ⚡ Transfers from one school in a different educational district to another school in a different educational district are processed between the two educational districts. The following steps must be followed: 👈 The parent/guardian must first submit four transfer forms (stamped) to the student's current school, then to the relevant educational district (stamped), and finally to the relevant educational directorate (stamped). 👈The parent/guardian goes to the school they wish to transfer to in the other governorate, submits the required forms, and obtains approval (due to available space). They then go to the relevant administrative office (stamped) and finally to the directorate (stamped). The parent/guardian then takes the completed forms back to their current school to transfer the student's file to the new school after submitting the stamped forms. 🔥 Note: There is now a fee for the transfer, payable by the parent/guardian via post office or Fawry.
