Paragliding Decision making - St. Andre - France

How to make your decisions during your cross country flight. A paragliding cross country flight and filmed with a 360 camera. This XC flight was done on 27th October 2021, which is quite late for the season here in France. I went to Saint André Les Alpes with a plan and two goals in mind - Fly 4 hours and make it back to the car. I did some research of what people usually do in this area for a 4 h flight and went for it. Check out my video on how to get ready for a new flying area -    • Video   This wasn't the most typical day for St. Andre, as there was quite a bit South, South East wind at altitude, this makes the local valley system to fight it as it is opposite here, with mainly Westerly winds. During this video I go through my thought process, why I make the decisions I make in the air. Hope that the 360 camera gives a better overview for you.
