Smoked Brats | German Potato Salad | Pit Boss Vertical Smoker

Today we are cooking smoked brats and German potato salad. This is a really easy recipe to follow. The smoked brats are cooked in our Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker (3 Series) at the 225 degree setting and we want to keep the pit between 225 degrees and 250 degrees. If you cook any higher than that you risk having the smoked brats break open and all the juice will run out. The German potato salad is perfect for hot summer days because you don't have to worry about mayonnaise going bad in the summer heat. This was an all around great meal and is another win for the Pit Boss pellet smoker.
