Tesla Model 3 squeaky suspension cause and fix

My 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance has developed a squeak or creak from the front suspension when going over bumps and dropped kerbs. I explain what is causing it and how to fix it. Tesla have resolved this issue with a redesign of the upper control arm and ball joint.
