Documents obtained by the MPSP show that Karina Ferreira da Gama owns Go Up Entertainment, the company responsible for the film, and also the Instituto Conhecer Brasil (IBC), contracted by the São Paulo City Hall to install Wi-Fi hotspots in communities in the capital. To carry out the operation in the communities, the IBC signed a contract with the company Favela Conectada Serviço e Tecnologia LTDA, which, at the time of the agreement, was registered in the name of Alex Leandro Bispo dos Santos. According to the National Council of Justice, Alex Leandro is cited in more than 60 lawsuits. Among them are accusations of crimes such as robbery, extortion by kidnapping, and femicide. Currently, Alex is in pre-trial detention on suspicion of murdering his partner. The Civil Police and the Public Prosecutor's Office of São Paulo point out that Alex Leandro's extensive criminal record has already led him to prisons where members of the leadership of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) are detained. Alex Leandro Bispo dos Santos' lawyer denies that his client is a member of the faction.
