When the Pain Returns Finding Hope Through the Hard Days

This week I share an honest update about the difficult season I've been walking through after my recent ketamine infusion. What began as hope for pain relief turned into unexpected fatigue, depression, and one of the most intense pain flares I've experienced in years. There were moments when I wondered if I would need to return to the hospital, but Yah faithfully carried me through another difficult valley. I also share why I've decided to postpone any additional ketamine treatments until after my upcoming trip to Israel, along with the next steps I'm taking to manage my pain through acupuncture, careful documentation, and working closely with my medical team. In the midst of these challenges, Yah has continued to provide encouragement through family, friends, and answered prayers. I share updates about my daughter's help around the house, my daughter-in-law's exciting new baking business, preparations for my journey to Israel, and several prayer requests for loved ones facing their own health battles.
