Black Sabbath were an English rock band from Birmingham (1968) formed by Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, Geezer Butler, and Ozzy Osbourne. They're considered pioneers of heavy metal, defining the genre with albums like "Black Sabbath" (1970), "Paranoid" (1970), and "Master of Reality" (1971).
