The vehicle was launched in the Indian market on October 4, 2010 to fill the void left by its predecessor the Mahindra MM540. The Roxor is powered by a 2.5L turbodiesel four-cylinder engine producing 62 hp and 144 lb-ft of torque, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. An automatic transmission is available as an option. It is only available with two seats, a 148-inch body length, and a 96-inch wheelbase.
