Hi..... so with so many people moving to Dallas hopefully this video can give you a better understanding of what the price range of apartments is like here. As I get ready to move, these types of videos have been super helpful for me, so hopefully, they are helpful for you. :) The video shows two apartments under $1,000, two apartments under $1,500 and one SUPER boujee/luxurious/expensive apartment for $2,000+. As I mentioned, I only showed apartments that I would feel comfortable/safe living at (yes there are apartments for $700/month in Dallas BUT I didn't find any I would feel comfortable living at). I am currently looking for a new apartment so if you have any recommendations please comment those below.
